- Typing/ten-key entry tests must be taken in our Human Resources Office. Testing is done Monday - Wednesday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Thursday and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Test scores are good for one month. Skill tests must be passed before applications will be considered.
- Human Resources does not accept resumes. If you are contacted for an interview, you may present your resume to the interviewer.

Consistent attendance and punctuality are considered Essential Functions of all jobs with the City of Richardson. Employees will be expected to report to work whenever scheduled. Employees will be expected to be at their assigned workplaces promptly, at the beginning of work periods and after all break/lunch periods.
